Summary: Provide training on all McQuay chiller products to all interested parties, both internal and external.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties ma! y be assigned.
Develop training plans and update trai! ning materials and presentations; and provide training instruction to customers (internal and external).
Research products to provide accurate information for training presentations;
Sit on various quality and product development teams.
Inventory training literature, order as necessary materials to ensure that there is a sufficient quantity for all regularly scheduled classes and unscheduled off campus classes.
Print and distribute necessary handouts for students in all classes; maintain all training aids in good working condition,
Advise training manager of all necessary repairs, replacements or new training aids for yearly capital requests
Occasionally travel to field for off campus training.
Assist Engineering in product development and writing service bulletins;
Assist Technical Response Center;
Participate in NPI process.
Write technical manuals and assist with review of new produ! ct manuals as written by marketing and sales.
Education/Experience:
Vocational/Technical Certificate and Five to seven years field service experience, preferably McQuay Factory Service.
