COORDINATOR
Professional needed to introduce the OJT program to employers and job seekers in the Northern Neck/Middle Peninsula region of Virginia. Will be responsible for! arranging client interviews maintain comprehensive case notes, and obtain employment docu-mentation for reimbursement purposes. A Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or related field is preferred. Must have excellent communication skills; Strong commitment to helping the unemployed find jobs; Able to work independently; Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
