The Operations Coordinator plays an important role that works closely with all levels of CortiCare and customer staff to manage the daily workflows of our remote monitoring and field EEG teams.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving, organizational, critical thinking and professional judgment skills; be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, can see multiple solutions to problems and choose the best possible one. They must also have exceptional technical and interpersonal skills, show extreme attention to detail, and provide excellent customer service to clients, doctors and CortiCare staff.
What will you be doing?
- In constant communication with other Operations Coordinators and clinical management, coordinate and oversee the daily workflows of our remote monitoring teams during scheduled shift times.
- Frontline to high volume call management, inputting info to proprietary patient data system, appropriate assignment to clinical staff.
- With high-level operational skills and understanding, be able to anticipate changes, troubleshoot, and adjust workflows accordingly.
- Coordinate field EEG staff dispatch and completion of orders
- Assist with investigating and resolving technical/customer issues/concerns

Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years professional experience working in one or more of the following capacities: dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality
- Proven computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Medical terminology knowledge a plus
- Self-reliant/remote working experience a plus
- Must have a dedicated workspace, free from unauthorized viewing, i.e., HIPAA compliant
- Must have reliable internet
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Remote Staff scheduling understanding and experience a plus.
