We currently have the following Distribution position available:
Establish and maintain effective relationships with your peers, team, and senior managers in order to communicate effectively, collaborate across departments, and strategically implement solutions Inspire your team of with challenging assignments and coaching to facilitate individual growth and development; foster a collaborative environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued Ensure performance plans are set, maintained, and continuously improved Maintain a high level of service and compliance throughout the process Manage a safe workplace by advocating safety training and accident preparedness; lead the facility in safe and efficient operation of all equipment
Qualifications:
Requirements: 4-year degree or equivalent work experience Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with strong interpersonal skills Strong reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders Previous experience managing 100+ Associates Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel along with WMS experience Ability to access all levels and areas of the facility Available to support multiple shifts Must be able to relocate in the future for promotional opportunities
