The Domain Analyst II is a member of the Global Wholesale Banking Infrastructure Operations(GWBIO) Tier 2 Mainframe Support responsible for providing first point of escalation support from the Richmond, Virginia Command Center supporting business critical applications. The responsibilities include Business as Usual 24X7 support of the business segment. The GWBIO Tier 2 Mainframe Support team will initiate bridge lines and engage the appropriate Level 2 Business Technology Group, Triage Team, Enterprise, and Domain resources as needed. When problems occur, they must be correctly identified and corrected within agreed upon SLAs. The GWBIO Tier 2 Mainframe Support team is responsible for timely problem resolution and escalation. The team is also responsible for problem tracking, incident ticket updates, incident ticket assignments, issue log updates and information sharing at shift turnover. Qualifications
CA7 scheduling.
Mainframe Operations experience. IBM Z/OS MVS platforms
JES2.
MVS.
TSO / ISPF experience.
Monitoring tools. Tivoli/TBSM/Webtop.
Omegamon.
CICS & DB2 technologies.
SAR / Control-D.
Disaster Recovery.
TN3270 Emulators.
NDM/ Connect Direct.
IMS.
Desktop functions knowledge.
Network knowledge.
Multi-tasker. Able to work under pressure.
Articulate.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
