The Role

As the Admissions Liaison at Alsana, you will be an integral part of the Admissions Team responsible for guiding clients through the initial phase of the admission process and helping the wider Growth Team to meet departmental sales goals. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you facilitate a crucial step in moving potential clients into the admissions process and coordinating with the Admissions Counselor on a warm hand off. This position is ideal for entry-level behavioral health and sales minded professionals.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact and case management for future clients
  • Re-engagement to database leads to foster movement in the admissions process and share information on the Alsana brand and treatment options
  • Determine viability of the leads as a potential client for Alsana programming
  • Create an inquiry in salesforce for an Admissions Counselor to follow up on and initiate the sales cycle if the leads are determined to be viable
  • Manage Alsana online chat services and Web to Lead follow up and engagement
  • Enhance viability of early stage leads and generate increased conversion to inquiry
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, communications, marketing, business, or closely related field
  • Healthcare sales background preferred; not required
  • Conversion (sales) minded with an ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Skilled at authentic compassionate communication and an ability to instill motivation in a potential client
  • Must have general knowledge of PCs and be proficient in a Windows environment

Salary range: $22-$24
