(RMI) is seeking an Occupational Therapist/OT to provide treatment to p! atients at our nursing home in Falls Church, VA and independent living facility in McLean, VA. This position is full-time for 40 hours per week.
We are offering a $2,500 Sign On Bonus and $500 Referral Bonus, so please refer an Occupational Therapist/OT if they are interested in this position at our nursing home in Falls Church, VA. We are also open to a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant/COTA.
The Occupational Therapist/OT will be responsible for directing patient participation in activities and exercise programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. The Occupational Therapist/OT will also facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity to promote and maintain health and function. The Occupational Therapist/OT will provide therapy to patients at our nursing home in Falls Church, VA. Candidates for this position must have an active Virginia license or be in the process of receiving one.
