Educational Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in engineering business, or a closely related field
- 12 years’ experience in operations and maintenance of major Central Plants, to include experience of steam and chilled water.
- A high school , vocational school, or trade school diploma or equivalent
- 12 years of related engineering field experience to include power, steam, and chilled water systems
- Must have thorough knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with generator operation.
- Ensures continuous and efficient plant production and operation
- Monitor the performance of work to ensure it is done in accordance with cost, schedules, contractual and customer requirements
- Integrates efficient operations that are in compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and governmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technical knowledge of facilities engineering, maintenance, repair, and operations
- Travel required
- Active or Ability to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required at a minimum

In addition to this the Plant Manager will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of all equipment and systems at the Central Plant.
