Job Duties:
Responsible for auditing selector orders for accuracy and integrity and to ensure stores receive correct cases and quantities ordered. Must complete a 10-point daily inspection of equipment used. Ensure compliance with company standards in the areas of accuracy, safety and productivity. Print selector assignments for stores being audited. Transport pallets of product to audit area for processing. Down-stack pallets of product pulled by selectors. Verify accurate case selection by placing a duplicate pulling label on each case. (Auditor must verify that each case matches the product description on label). Record discrepancies on audit report and turn in “labels†to shipping office. Re-stack pallet and shrink-wrap securely. Notify a loader when pallets are completed and ready to be loaded on trailer.
Cigarette Auditor Specific: Get pick list from cigarette order desk, case count and verify case for the entire order. Correct any errors prior to the order being sealed. Report and recap errors to supervision. Complete audit, then close and seal tote. Record seal number on tracking log. Verify the store number, day, date and number of cartons ordered. Record the number of cartons selected; the total number of totes is recorded on the tracking log. Authorize and detach the back copy of the pick list; the pick list is then attached to one of the totes with pallet tape. Write the store number on each tote with white chalk. Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and standard practices.

- Ability to efficiently operate and follow instructions relating to use of the time
- Ability to reach, stoop, bend, and lift up to and including 60 lbs
- Ability to meet production standards set by the company
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to read and understand written and numeric product identifiers
- Ability to work in a â€"5 degree to 90+ degree Fahrenheit environment
- Ability to complete training and become certified on a pallet jack
