Description
Key Role:
Support DoD human research protection programs, including dra! fting of HRPP documentation and correspondence. Apply knowledge of the biological or medical sciences, behavioral and social sciences, or experimental psychology to perform compliance reviews and investigations to ensure human research protection and standards for RCR are in place and adhered to. Assist with review of allegations of non-compliance and research misconduct, identify areas requiring corrective actions, and develop recommendations. Assist with the evaluation of human research protection programs at laboratories, training commands, operational commands, systems commands, and extramural performers. Monitor and provide oversight to ensure compliance with human subject research federal regulations, DoD directives, and DON instructions.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with human research protection
- 2 years of experience with supporting DoD programs
- Experience with Microsoft Office Sui! te
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- BA! or BS degree
- Experience with preparing assurance and addendum packages to ensure compliance with federal regulations and DoD and DoN policy
- Experience with DoD and DoN Human Research Protection senior leadership
- Experience with using a management information system to track data and create reports on programs requiring human research protection compliance
