Perform three key roles over multiple Diversity & Inclusion projects:
Key Role 1:
Strategic Commu! nication: Assist with communication strategies and plans with a focus on stakeholder education and engagement. Support communication product development, including blog entries, newsletters, fact sheets, Web sites, and brochures for information campaigns and events for stakeholders. Assist with planning and execution of special events, meetings, and workshops. Support with briefings, presentations, and other communication tools to support internal program audiences and senior staff.
Key Role 2:
Project Analysis: Support project leads and become expert in the Diversity & Inclusion's mission, agendas, value proposition, strategic focus and stakeholder requirements. Help to develop strategic recommendations, write reports, develop plans to execute the proposed strategy and assist with client presentations. Demonstrate competencies in project analysis, scheduling and tracking.
Key Role 3
Business & Administrative Mgmt.: Utilize! excellent communication, problem solving and cross-functional! teamwork skills to accomplish business and project tasks as assigned. Collaborate with clients, exhibiting excellent client facing communication skills. Manage projects with total quality from concept to completion, ensuring all appropriate resources and processes are brought together to achieve desired objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience or desire to work with web design, creative solutions and copywriting
Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based management environment
Ability to be a self-starter, multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including the ability to create accurate spreadsheet in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint following sound vertical and horizontal logic
BA or BS degree in a related field
