Superior Group is seeking a Solutions Analyst to serve as a recognized subject matter expert, thought leader, and technology leader with deep expertise in the healthcare domain. The Solution! s Analyst is able to understand what is needed for the business, partner with the architecture team to define a technical architecture that meets or exceeds those needs, and works directly with the engineering and IT teams to bring this vision to reality.
Essential Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product team and other internal/external customers to understand business requirements for existing and new products/solutions and provide input into technical design.

Partner with the Enterprise & Data Architects to evolve and validate the Global Asset Management Enterprise Architecture as business needs change.

Lead discovery and conceptual design work required to translate business needs into solutions and features.
*
Balances business requirements with technical feasibility.
*
Understands overall solution and translates requirements into functional and non-functional requirements. Includes specifications, graphica! l representations, and presentations that describe the desired! solution or product feature. Documentation includes volume and usage predictions, user interface design concepts, error prevention and detection strategies, and flow design.
*
Reconciles disparate information and structure/present it in a way that is understood by all stakeholders.
*
Researches and evaluates solutions alternatives and delivers proposals that meet competitive needs.
*
Identify constraints and assumptions that shape the scope, cost and time of the solution.

(li)(span class="TEXT")Minimum of 2 years system integration experience using v! arious integration patterns & protocols such as HL7, DICOM, SOAP etc.(/span)(/li)
