Dentist - (Dentistry) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
A Private Practice in Hampton Virginia is looking for a General Dentist to cover their office from February 17 through February 27, 2014. This General dentist will be doing basic general dentistry to include: extractions, root canal, and filings. You will be seeing 70 % adult, 10 % adolescent, 20 % children under 12. Youngest child is 3 and 1/2 years old and will see 10 - 15 procedure patients per day and 10 - 15 hygiene checks per day.
General de! ntists (locum tenens) diagnose, prevent and treat problems ass! ociated the mouth, such as plaque decay, cavities, and the repair of fractured teeth. They are usually the first point of contact for patients with oral health concerns, referring them to specialists such as endodontists when needed. Dentists are trained to use a wide variety of medical equipment, such as x-ray machines and drills, and are able to diagnose and treat a plethora of oral conditions.
