Job DescriptionResponsible for direct landscape design sales by meeting with mid to high end residential clients, developing client relationships, assisting in the creation of design concepts and following these through to final design, project estimates and closing the sale. Maintain communication with clients during construction phases and follow up on client needs. Develop and maintain strong client communications and referrals with an emphasis on the creation of long term relationships.
Qualifications
The successful Candidate will posess years of experience deal! ing with a high end Clientele and understanding their needs. M! ust be experienced in designing upscale outdoor environments to include both softscapes and hardscapes and encompass outdoor living and entertaining areas. Familiarity with the area a big plus as well estimating in this metro environment.
