opportunity in our senior living and rehab facility in Warsaw, VA. We are currently accepting applications for the
Director of Nursing
for The Orchard. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, culture change, staffing, performance management, financial management and service quality. Candidates must have successful track record in ! a clinical management or healthcare leadership, knowledge of r! egulations for licensed nursing homes, strong clinical knowledge, good oral and written communication skills. Previous DON experience in long term care preferred.
Educational Requirements
Graduate of a school of registered nursing. Master's degree in Nursing, Business, Health Administration, or related field or a BSN
with 3-5 years progressive administrative experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure Requirements
Licensed or eligible by the State of Virginia as an RN
Experience Requirements
3-5 years of progressive management experience in which has provided opportunities-develop skill in nursing practice and in the
application of administrative principles. Previous experience in the management of multiple unit/services and experience with long
term care preferred.
