A.J. Dwoskin & Associates, an established property management company located in Northern, VA, is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team!
This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of commercial marketing efforts and overall administrative support for the commercial team as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring and updating data pertaining to our commercial shopping centers on our corporate website, working with an outside marketing firm on E-blasts, broker blasts, and other marketing efforts, new lead gene! ration, promotion of our commercial properties through social ! media, and coordination of all commercial property photos and marketing materials for our leasing team.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minimal of 3 years administrative experience required. Some practical marketing experience preferred. Candidates require strong organization skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and operate as a self-starter. Experience with social media and online reputation management preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Abode Acrobat/Illustrator, familiarity with Yardi software, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
