SUMMARY
Leap is a hyper-growth company that is leading the shift to digital operations within the home services industry. We are searching for an Customer Success Manager to join our all-star Account Management team working with existing customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Consistently meet revenue expansion targets by identifying and closing sales opportunities within our existing customer base for subscription upgrades and feature adoption.
- Manage churn to increase customer and revenue retention.
- Maintain a solid understanding of our customer’s journey to spot and address areas of friction to maximize adoption and utilization.
- Develop deep product expertise to effectively present products and services information to clients.
- Work with Customer Success teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction with product.
- Provide product training to newly implemented Leap clients
- Ensure customer issues are acknowledged and addressed within one business day
- Set aggressive goals for annual revenue achievement per customer account.
- Effectively and accurately manage personal pipeline to maximize all business opportunities
- Monitor and report sales activity within Leap's CRM (Salesforce)
- Travel to trade shows and onsite customer meetings as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years customer facing and/or revenue generating experience
- Experience building and managing a sales pipeline
- Polished communication skills with the ability to clearly convey value - confident, articulate, and concise
- Detail oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated, and driven
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to use a consultative selling approach
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL PREFERENCES
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- SaaS sales experience is a plus
- Home Improvement sales experience is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus
