Dental Receptionist


 

We are looking for a Dental Assistant with Receptionist skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental assisting, receptiom, radiology and pathology, as well as excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, assisting the dentis's chairside, taking xrays, verifying insurance coverage, collecting payments, and other assistant and administrative duties. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries from patients and staff.
  • Assist with the ordering of dental supplies and materials.
  • Assist with the setup and taking of dental radiographs, chairside assisting, and other dental office duties.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

The right candidate will have a lighthearted attitide yet works well under pressure and as exceptional customer service skills.
