The Front Office Agent is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Agent. Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred. ALL CANIDATES MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY INCLUDING, EVENINGS, OVERNIGHT, HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.76/hr.

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Prior Front Desk experience, preferably hotels.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Strong customer service experience.
