Telephone Operator II & Scanner File Clerk


 

Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood is a fast-growing, Inglewood, CA-based company that provides document management services to a variety of industries. We are looking for a Paper Clerk to assist with the production of documents and mailings. The Paper Clerk will prepare, sort, and distribute documents and mailings according to established procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and sort documents and mailings according to established procedures

  • Sort documents using different methods such as scanning, optical reading, etc.
  • Sort and prepare outgoing mailings
  • Keep track of all documents in the system
  • Keep track of all materials used in the process
  • Keep track of all supplies used in the process
  • Keep track of all documents that are sent out
  • Keep track of all documents that are received in the system
  • Keep track of all supplies used in the process
  • Keep track of all mailings sent out
  • Keep track of all mailings received in the system
  • Keep track of all supplies used in the process
  • Follow procedures for document preparation and distribution. (This includes filing, mailing, etc.)
  • Follow procedures for mail sorting. (This includes sorting, sorting through piles, sorting by type, sorting by location, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office. (This includes dusting, wiping down equipment, trash removal, etc.)
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by management. (This includes filing paperwork, taking inventory reports, etc.)

Required Skills: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
