Your RoleCleanroom Operator
Work Location: 120 Corporate Dr. Trumbull, CT 06611
Shift and Hours: 1st Shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm, some OT may be required
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing
Essential Functions
- Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate cleanroom garments and following stringent micro-contamination protocols
- Package clean parts for shipment in full accordance with stringent specifications
- Use an assortment of handheld tools to assemble components and packaging
- Clean parts using a combination of cleaning techniques, including but not limited to mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning equipment
- Use and help to maintain processing equipment, including media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, ovens, etc.
- Read and understand written work instructions and procedures assuring that each step of the prescribed procedure is annotated as complete when finished.
- Handle potentially hazardous materials, following appropriate manufacturing and safety procedures
- Use personal protection equipment, including hearing protection, safety glasses or face shields, chemical resistant aprons and gloves as required
- Ensure work area, equipment and tools are clean and properly maintained
- Strictly adhere to all corporate employee health and safety, quality , HR and site protocols and procedures
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents including drawings, standards and regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to question from supervisors and managers
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to detect small defects in products that may affect quality
- Lift up to 50 pounds, push pull up to 75 pounds
- Basic computer skills for data entry plus proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable mostly standing and working within a cleanroom for the entirety of the work shift
- Willingness and ability to wear personal protective equipment and other cleanroom attire for the duration of the shift, as required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Prior working experience in a cleanroom environment
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100
- Prior experience with problem analysis and problem resolution
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
