Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will perform clerical and administrative tasks to support the organization. They will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure that all administrative tasks are handled appropriately and efficiently.
Essential Duties:
- Provide support to the Director of Operations and other managers as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and return calls.
- Maintain filing system and organize information.
- Perform receptionist duties such as filing, copying, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide general office support to visitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience: Minimum of one year of receptionist or administrative experience in a medical office setting or equivalent education and training is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus but not required. Dental Recorder software is a plus but not required.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
