The Role

Responsible for all aspects of CPE Global Logistics Coordination to Include the Order Management, Deployment, Tracking of Expedited Orders, Deployment coordination, CPE Sparing, Disconnect, and Reclamation Management for CPE Logistics Programs to Minimize CPE Outage Time/Customer Impacts, Meet Customer SLA’s/Expectations for Restoral/Installation while managing costs.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Order Management responsibilities to include CPE order processing/fulfillment, logistics coordination/tracking, validation of proof of delivery of equipment, ensuring completion of workflow tasking related to CPE orders, disconnect and reclamation management.
  • Initiate return material authorization (RMA) with vendors per requirements.
  • Follow up with Vendor to ensure timely repair/replenishment of repaired equipment. Tracks, reports, and escalates as required.
  • End to End Lifecycle and Asset Management Functions for Inventory and Orders in support of the CPE Program
  • Maintains awareness to Lumen’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments with our customer base and proactively take measures to meet SLA commitments
  • Completes tasks in support of Inventory Control, Forecasting, Trending and Reporting of CPE Programs to ensure order accuracy/availability, process compliance and attainment of SLA’s.

Basic Requirements

  • Education: High School, GED or equivalent education.
  • 0 - 1 year of transferrable experience.

  • Organizational, Customer Service, and Teamwork skills
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Detail oriented with an analytical attitude
  • Ability to answer customer calls and resolve issues via trouble tickets proficiently and independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Ability to positively collaborate with Lumen employees and third-party partners in a way that results in a positively collaborate with Lumen employees and third-party partners in a way that results in positive Lumen experience for Lumen’s client base
  • Microsoft Office Suite – Experience with Excel and/or other analytical tools
