"Responds to all incoming requests from government customers including but not limited to quotes and processing orders "Communicates and satisfies requests from manufacturer's representatives and channel partners "Updates team work instructions and tracking documents Resolves customer discrepancies or complaints "Accurately tracks pipeline of open opportunities "Manages partner agreements "Processes credits and returns "Manages data in CRM and other systems "Other duties as assigned
