Plant and Ground Equipment Operations Manager at the Dulles International Airport

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Primary liaison between Station Management and GSE Maintenance Provider.
• Manage GSE Maintenance Provider to support the Service Level Agreement.
• Oversees and maintains preventive and heavy maintenance schedules within the Hub and regional line stations.
• Coordinates and prioritizes equipment maintenance schedules.
• Ensures GSE facility is operated in compliance with FAA, OSHA and EPA regulations, company policy and procedures.
• Prepares, administers and controls assigned budgetary responsibilities and prepares monthly budget variance reports.
• Participates in the development of new policies and procedures for meeting station goals and objectives.
• Tracks and invoices customers for contracted GSE maintenance services.
• Ensures that complete and accurate records are maintained.
• Prepares various maintenance reports and summaries.
• Attendance is considered an essential responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned
• Adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Associate degree with two years experience required
• Two years of experience in Mechanical maintenance perferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Word, Excel, and Access skills
• Driver’s license required
