Federal Practice - Deloitte Consulting LLP Deloitte Consulting's dynamic Federal Practice based in Washington D.C. and the surrounding Metropolitan area has opportunities for you to become part of their high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients in financial management, business process improvement, strategy and operations, information systems development, package implementation, enterprise transformation, business process and applications outsourcing, and a full range of human capital advisory services.
Position Description Roles and responsibilities include: - application functional and integration testing, regression testing - Test planning, designing test cases, test execution, error reporting, analysis and error verification - Coordination test cycles with client - Test procedure and test case prepararation, defect tracking and monitoring using HP Quality Center - SOA testing using SOAP UI - Database validation using Oracle PL/SQL scripts
Position Requirements
- 4-10 years of functional and technical test experience
- Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communcation skills, and client facing experience
- Develop and deliver all requisite reports to the Government weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Ability to support interface testing with external partners
- SOA testing methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance
- Agile testing is prefered but not manditory
- Previous consulting experience preferred but not required
