More complete informations about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. CALIBRE is seeking a Maintenance Production Line Oversight Manager. The Army National Guard’s (ARNG) Maintenance Branch has a requirement for an analyst experienced in production line maintenance. The position supports the ARNG Readiness Sustainment Program (RSMP). The RSMP program repairs tactical wheeled vehicles and select COMEL equipment to fill ARNG equipment on hand shortages. The tasks include: developing budget year production plans, modifying the execution year plan (when required), supervising multiple production sites for effective and efficient operations, and preparing reports for senior leadership.
Specific Qualifications:
Requirements include:
- Experience in managing production line maintenance operations
- Strong background in Army surface equipment maintenance and parts supply
- Strong familiarity with Excel, Word, Power Point, and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with Access
- Experience in ARNG maintenance operations
- Experience working in an ARNG Joint Forces Headquarters or for the ARNG at their national headquarters
Minimum Level of Education:
(Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)
BA/BS required but experience in Army maintenance and parts supply experience may be substituted.
