Kellogg Company is looking for self-motivated, highly efficient and independent people to fill Territory Service Representative (TSR) positions as they become available. The TSR is responsible for calling on assigned stores and delivering superior in-store customer service by merchandising store shelves and displays with Kellogg`s Snacks products.
Main Responsibilities include:
1. Organizing, rotating and stocking shelves during each store visit - the platform for providing excellent customer service. This includes transferring cases of product from the backroom to the store`s sales floor. 2. Ensuring the Kellogg`s Snacks product on displays and shelves are looking their best by properly rotating product and removing all stale or damaged packages. 3. Working as a team with your Territory Manager (TM) and District Manager by communicating issues as appropriate, following your itinerary and being flexible with changes and filling in for other TSRs or TMs as needed. 4. Maintaining a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel when performing your duties. 5. Always work safely!
The work schedule is demanding; you will work nights, weekend and early mornings. You will be driving around to your scheduled stores on a daily basis and sometimes to other locations. You will be climbing, stooping, bending, standing, kneeling and frequently lifting 15 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs. You will be expected to be flexible to the needs of our business which is strongly affected by the needs of our customers who operate on grocery/retail hours.
This position provides participation in the Kellogg Fleet Reimbursement Program. Our flexible plan allows you to use your own vehicle, has no personal use restriction, and has the potential to be tax-free. The personal vehicle must meet two requirements: The vehicle age needs to be current year minus five (for example, in 2012 your vehicle must be 2007 or newer) and the personal vehicle must have less than 150,000 miles. Requirements include:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 1 year of merchandising experience preferred
- Availability to work on Holidays and weekends required
- Work an average of 40-45 hours per week on a regular basis required
- Weekly access to the Internet is necessary
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
- A valid Driver`s License is required along with a clean driving record
- You must successfully complete a drug screen and background check
