Job Title: Construction Manager Duration: 18 months Location: Glen Allen, VA 23060 Position Description: Construction Manager for Cell Site Buildout Selected candidate will be required to review construction drawings submitted by a third party vendor to ensure drawings encompass the true scope of the required cell site work. Drawings must meet the applicable zoning and building codes and the overall construction requirements. Second phase requ! ires the selected candidate to conduct audits on the completed! cell site work using a punch list methodology to ensure completed work meets all building codes and laws; work completed to the identified drawing specifications and meets standards. This assignment will require the selected candidate to assist in Radio Frequency (RF) troubleshooting of cell sites to ensure site is fully operational and meets required standards. Candidate will be required to act as a technical team lead driving any cell site malfunctions through to resolution. This assignment requires a self-starting, motivated and technically savvy individual with a unique blend of technical and business skills. The candidate will be driving personal vehicle 90% of time between cell sites.
Construction ManagerRequired Skills: Already local to the assignment area Previous commercial RAN experience Previous LTE and UMTS experience Previous construction management experience with cell site buildouts Strong Microsoft Suite experience Valid drivers license / good dr! iving record as this assignment is 90% travel between cell sites.
