For complete informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Manages the BAE Systems, Inc. ethics program. Monitors allegations of unethical conduct, directs investigations, recommends a course of action, and serves as the Chief Ethic! s Officer for BAE Systems, Inc. Coordinates with the BAE Systems plc Corporate Responsibility office. Leads the Inc. Ethics Working Group including headquarters staff and the Sector Ethics Directors. Acts as a primary advisor on ethics issues and plays a key role in the overall Ethics program across all of BAE Systems, Inc. Leads development of and executes ethics training and awareness initiatives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Executes the ethics program for Inc. Monitors Inc. Helpline calls, investigates HQ ethics cases, determines appropriate actions, and documents findings. Determines appropriate action based on company policies and recommends corrective action. Prepares reports on all activities.
2. Provides primary interface with Inc. Ethics officers and provides interpretation and guidance to the Sector Ethics Directors. Shares best practices across the organization. Chairs the BAE Systems, Inc. Ethics Executive Oversight Committee.
3.! Reviews annual ethics program requirements & objectives; deve! lops comprehensive training and awareness initiatives for ethics matters; project manages the annual ethics program to ensure requirements are implemented.
4. Acts as the BAE Systems, Inc. point of contact with BAE Systems plc Corporate Responsibility organization. Prepares information on the BAE Systems, Inc. ethics program for BAE Systems plc.
5. Coordinates and monitors ethics program requirements within Inc. HQ and serves as Inc. HQ staff Ethics Officer. Monitors compliance with Inc. Ethics, Conflicts of Interest, and Gifts & Hospitality policies.
6. Develops and prepares reports and findings on the Inc. ethics program for the Risk Subcommittee of the Inc. Board's Government Security Committee.
7. Represents BAE Systems, Inc. in ethics related public forums and defense industry groups globally. Monitors regulatory and legislative matters that affect the BAE Systems, Inc. ethics program. Stays current on new developments and research in ethics arena.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Required Experience:
- 15+ years of experience Required Skills:
- 10+ years experience running a corporate ethics program
- Sound understanding of theories and practices in a fast changing area
- Experience managing a team, defining roles and responsibility and planning for the department's future needs
- Advanced conceptual thinker in complex and new situations
- Ability to define professional/technical direction and strategy
- Skilled communicator who influences and shapes the image of a complex Business Area
- Strong project management skills Preferred Skills:
- Master's Degree
- Defense or other highly-regulated industry background is strongly preferred
