Position Description
The Financial Sales Manager (FSM I) is responsible for the overall sales, financial performance and operations management of a branch office. This person usually manages 3-6 individuals (directly or indirectly), including the hiring, development and performance management of these individuals. Primary responsibilities are to: maintain service excellence, reach assigned individual sales goals, ensure that subordinates reach their sales goals, maintain operational integrity of the branch and manage expenses at or under budget.
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales, customer service! role and/or in a lending role

Additional Requirements:
Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act
Understanding of retail banking products and services
Ability to work with little direct supervision
Other Preferred Qualifications:
One year of experience in a lead or supervisory role
