This program manager support the business and cross functional departments involved in the e-ready deployment with planning expertise and program management support, which includes preparing strategic ! documents, timelines, activity trackers and overall e-ready program coordination.
Responsibilities
- Help e-ready team prepare a comprehensive strategic and implementation plan document that will serve as the overall guidance and roadmap for corporate and dealer e-readiness. Several PowerPoint presentations that summarize the progress towards this plan for key steering committee meetings will also be required.
- Work individually with several work teams to ensure development of department specific measures and processes to support overall e-ready plan; this will include autonomous (without Product Strategy General Manager) consultation and preparation of appropriate work package and specific deliverables with the team leaders.
- Help define cross department support (legal, IT, etc) and requirements
- Integrate all work packages in a central document and activity tracker to ensure transparency at any stage for e-ready progress an! d approval gates defined up front.
- Report e-ready pro! gress to business lead, cross functional workshops.
- Identify and pro-actively manage risks that jeopardize e-ready success.
- As required, work individually with associated vendors outside to ensure integration within overall e-ready plan and implementation timing.
- During testing phases of various initiatives to ensure conformity to plan and desired customer experience.
Candidates should have considerable, proven capabilities in vehicle e-readiness planning and program management through the execution phase, including providing e-ready insights and “requirements†for a successful customer sales and service experience, as well as leading and collaborating with cross functional work teams to develop and launch those initiatives in an optimized and coordinated fashion.
