the following skill set:
Perform metrics development, root cause analysis and process improvement employing techniques to imp! rove the effectiveness and efficiency of DS information assurance processes. Support may include identification of candidate processes for improvement, mentoring of Lean Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt candidates, and the assistance in executing process improvement projects.
Duties:
Document and make recommendations to the Government for improvements to processes for Certification and Accreditation and JWICS Connection Approval
Define and document out final business processes for all processes examined
Define and necessary business rules associated with new/improved processes
Qualifications:
Must have at least seven years of specialized experience in process improvement and/ or information assurance processes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/ or experience
Must have strong
technical writing and briefing skills
Highly organized,
attention to detail
Information As! surance (IA) experience
Policy and procedures develop! ment
Certification & Accreditation (C&A) process experience
Familiarity with NIST 800 series
Security certification (preferably CISSP, CISA, other)
Continuous Monitoring experience
Clearance Required:
Active TS/SCI (SSBI within last 4 years)
