Pediatrix Medical Group, the nation's largest provider of neonatal and maternal-fetal physician services, has an exciting o! pportunity available for a Regional Coordinator.
The Regional Coordinator directly reports to, and serves as a backup to, the Regional Manager. Makes periodic site visits. The Coordinator is responsible for training and staffing for new and existing sites. The Regional coordinator must also complete monthly reports, reviews, and audits. Collects and reviews timesheets of local coordinators and screeners for completeness and accuracy and ensures compliance with policies related to overtime, state requirements for breaks/lunches and reports time to payroll appropriately. Special projects as assigned. Travel as required (more than 50%)
Essential job related skills required for entry:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Previous management or supervision experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to delegate
- Detail and multi-task oriented
- Hig! h level of verbal and written communication skills needed in o! rder to communicate with all levels of departmental and inter-departmental employees on a regular basis
