Responsibilities:
- Developing! a tailored Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD)
- Developing a Program Life Cycle Cost Estimate (PLCCE), this consists of a Life Cycle Cost Model (LCCM) and all supporting documentation
- Support the development of Program Objectives Memorandum (POM), Program Review (PR), and budget inputs for the ensuing cycles that are defendable based on the LCCM
- Providing products, presentations, and reviews during the Period of Performance (PoP) supporting the production of the deliverables
- Perform analytic excursions to include phased “what-if†analyses, Cost As an Independent Variable (CAIV) analyses, and on-going risk analyses;
- Identify and obtain approval from the DRAS2 PM on all inclusive cost, schedule, performance, and technology-driven elements (including the program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)/Cost Element Structure (CES)), logical impacts, and associated risks and
Clearance: Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
