Simplification and standardization are the name of the game. To ensure this is happening, we rely on expert BI/BW professionals who can help us monitor the progress of projects and the overall operation of the business.
For example, what percent of Purchase Requisitions are created manually? Are Gross Margins on all sales within a reasonable range? What is the PR to PO conversion ratio? These are just some simple examples of what we need done.
We then use this information t! o identify areas needing to be addressed and to drive business! process improvement in these areas (and to make sure the problem does not reoccur). The person we are looking for needs to have excellent communication skills because they will work with the business community from executive leadership, down to the shop floor, to identify, scope, plan and implement the most appropriate metrics. This is truly an internal consulting position for someone who thrives on challenges and pushing SAP to the limits of what it can deliver. Our client, having recently completed their SAP implementation, now wants to use the system to simplify, standardize and improve their business processes across the globe.

Experience R! equired Strong manufacturing process experience in an industrial organization a plus.
Excellent reporting and business process experience across SAP modules. Experience across operations, process management, consulting and analysis skills a major plus. Experience with a large scale business transformation project a major plus. We need an experienced business leader who is highly motivated, and results driven, who is able to work independently.
To succeed in this role the candidate must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and mentoring skills. Global experience a plus. Responsibilities Ability to work with business stakeholders to improve cross-functional business processes. Ability to analyze main business processes and business requirements and translate them into working SAP systems by directing appropriate resources.
Work with the business to ensure SAP is meeting all needs. Support the business in identifying busines! s issues, and their root-causes. Challenge the operating units on the b! est ways to use SAP, particularly with an eye toward best practices. Consult with executive and senior management on all matters related to SAP and business operations.
Ensure the global SAP template is properly adhered to by all business units. Perform high-level analyses of business processes performance and identify and assess opportunities.
