Through sophisticated analysis of performance metrics, the! Manager, Business Analysis will be a change agent for promoting enhanced efficiency in fundraising and spending.
Responsibilities/Duties
KEY PRIORITIES INCLUDE:
Increase organizational understanding of baseline and trends in lifetime value of a USO donor across channels and platforms.
Develop reporting structure and actionable dashboards to enable strategic discussions of direct response channels.
Assume a leadership role in USO analysis working group(s).
Become central analysis point for organizational initiatives across areas of programs, operations, technology and communications.
Forecast USO revenues and expenses on short and long term horizons based on quantitative and qualitative data gathered internal stakeholders.
SOME KEY PROJECTS INCLUDE:
CRM - partner with developers and managers of new system to design reports, dashboards, and business analysis solutions.
New direct re! sponse channels â" prepare analyses that translate leading ca! mpaign indicators into actionable information for real-time adjustment to fundraising strategies.
Year-end direct response campaigns - measure performance of multi-channel direct response campaigns, particularly during seasonal fundraising peak.
Required Qualifications
Bachelorâs Degree in business, finance or marketing. MBA preferred.
7+ years of progressive marketing analysis or financial analysis experience. Relevant experience in direct response analytics role in a not-for-profit, multicultural and/or global organization preferred.
Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated proficiency using various software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and data querying tools with large data sets. Ability to utilize technology to integrate multiple dashboards
preferred.
Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Ability! to manage a high volume of assignments with varying complexity and competing priorities in a fastpaced environment with integrity and professionalism.
Must be able to demonstrate initiative/self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
Must be a strong advocate of the USOâs mission to support active duty military and their families.

This position is located in Arlington, VA. Preference will be given to local candidates within commuting distance to the location.
