MMREM has an immediate opportunity for a fast-learning, organized and productive Recruiter to join our rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable sourcing candidates from multiples sources, managing multiple job requisitions, interviewing, and working in a face paced environment. This role will assist in recruiting all levels of Team Members for our organization.
Responsibilities:!
Maintain a network of contacts to help identify and sourc! e qualified candidates
Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
Implement effective passive and active candidate generation strategies and tactics
Implement recruitment strategies identified to solidify MMREMâs commitment to acquire and develop a diverse workforce, including internal top talent mobility
Execute full life cycle recruitment
Obtain guidance from management and senior-level team members as necessary in order to provide strategic staffing support to assigned client base
Utilize a variety of resources to source candidates including: job boards, cold calls, creative online searches, and internal job postings
Conduct telephone and in-person interviews to evaluate applicants and refer qualified candidates to the hiring manager
Confer with hiring manager and HR Department to determine most qualified cand! idate; compile, negotiate, and extend offer to the selected individual
Ensure that applicant records and statistics are properly maintained; ensure that all phases of the employment process are in full, legal compliance
Compile reports, make recommendations on continuous improvement efforts, and track effectiveness of sourcing methods
Assist in meeting talent acquisition metrics including cost per hire, time to fill, interview per hire ratio and diversity.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Human Resources or other related discipline
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships, recruit top talent candidates, and make selection decisions
Required Experience
1-2 years of corporate or staffing firm recruiting experience
Must have a working knowledge of recruiting policies and prac! tices
