Successful candidate should be able to provide careful analysis and assessment of secondary school cu! rricula, academic performance, standardized testing, essays, letters of recommendation, personal statements and other applicant submissions to determine which students' educational aspirations and abilities are closely aligned with the mission and goals of the College. This is a pool position; multiple incumbents will be hired into the same position.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to learn work quickly, work independently with little supervision, and to read and write is critical. Possess good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Previous clerical experience dealing with large volumes of sensititve information and written materials. Basic computer skills. High School Graduate or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred. Knowledge of Banner INB preferred. Prior experience in undergraduate admissions or high school counseling preferred and familiarity or interest in interna! tional high school curricula and review of international stude! nt applications is also preferred.
