This position is located in Leesburg, VA
The Human Services Aide is responsible for monitoring the activities of residents in the Loudoun Emergency Homeless Shelter and for ensuring compliance with program rules and conditions. Ensures the appearance and safety of the facility.
Candidate shall possess a High School Diploma and must have at least two years of experience in a Human Services field.
The Position requires the ability to interact and communicate effectively with others. The Human Services Aide shall be proficient in repo! rt writing, assessment of character and behavior, and behavior! management.
This position may require driving your personal vehicles and/or company vehicle transporting clients. Selected candidates must be privileged to drive according to the criteria set forth by Agency MVR guidelines and must possess a valid driver's license. Selected candidates must pass all pre-employment requirements, which include criminal background check and drug/TB screening. CPR/First Aid Certification must be acquired and maintained once employed.
