TLC is looking for a Marketing Associate to perform various and diverse marketing and administrative duties. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree focused on business, finance, marketing or advertising is preferred with a GPA of 3.2 or above. Excellent attitude. Eager and highly motivated to learn the leasing business. Willing to perform diverse marketing and administrative responsibilities. Ability to successfully handle a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities in order to relieve the President of such duties. Cooperative and a team player. High level of business finance and math knowledge. Excellent communication, detail and analytical skills. Ability to foster and maintain effective business relationships with suppliers, dealers, transportation carriers, customers and colleagues. Excellent negotiating skills. This is an important part of the job so an e! njoyment of negotiating is a must. Must be able to manage mult! iple priorities. Proficient with Internet Explorer, MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent time management skills.
