Description: Randstad is at present looking to employ CALL CENTER POSITION-IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION! right now, this career will be placed in Virginia. Detailed specification about this career opportunity kindly read the description below.

  • Overall responsibilities of the role are to deliver superior customer communication through problem resolution, sales, servicing and negotiat! ion techniques.
  • Provides collections, customer service, and other loss mitigation activities to military customers.
  • Receives inbounds call from or makes outbound contact to Military delinquent or high-risk customers in order to determine reason for delinquency on home loan accounts and secure payment.
  • Works an established list of loan accounts on an autodialer.
  • Resolves routine billing inquiries and negotiates payment arrangements to cure delinquent accounts.
  • Understands and educates customers on account terms and alternate payment programs and methods.
  • Navigates a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
Working hours: MULTIPLE SHIFTS

Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of high volume call center and collections experience
  • Demonstrated computer skills, MS Office and ability to navigate multiple programs/screens with eas! e
  • Strong typing/data entry skills for recording resul! ts of all actions
  • Effective and professional communication skills with customers, teammates and managers.
  • Flexible schedule
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to do the right thing for each and every customer
Desired:
  • Prior military experience
  • Prior mortgage experience
