An Executive Lounge Attendant with Doubletree by Hilton is responsible for the Executive Level Lounge available to our guests. Responsible for the set up, stocking, cleaning, serving of all food items and assisting guests with various tasks related to their visit and for providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity in the hotelÆs continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Requires one year experience in customer service and food service experience a plus.

What will I be doing?
As an Executive Lounge Attendant, you would be responsible for assisting guests with various tasks related to their visit and for providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity in the hotelÆs continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
! Set up of the lounge, maintain food items.
Responsible for cleaning up the lounge and putting food items away.
Serving guests in a friendly, hospitable manner.
Stocking lounge so it is ready for the next shift.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Promote Hilton marketing programs and distribute printed materials, as needed
