Payroll Specialist

A premier client in the Tri-Cities area is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to conduct payroll functions for their facility of 250+ employees. The payroll specialist will be responsibl! e for time and attendance tracking, automated processing of payroll and assisting with other general human resource functions.
Working hours: 07:30am - 5:00pm
Qualified candidates should have:
- 7-10 years of payroll and human resources experience
- Extensive knowledge of ADP Payroll systems, Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with automated time keeping system is required.
- Experience with Kronos is a plus
- Experience with True Time by Amano is a plus
- Good analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Detail oriented ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Must work well in a team environment.
