Wit! h three new markets opening in 2013, we are in need of individuals who can rapidly pick up campaign responsibilities and develop in human resource roles.Our company has grown immensely into 9 markets since establishing itself in January of 2009. With our clients consistently demanding expansion, the need for recruiters has surfaced. Opening January of 2012, our Richmond market has already produced three management promotions which will enable us to open a minimum of 3 more markets.The Corporate Trainer will be trained at entry level on our small to mid-size business campaign in order to have a full understanding of the recruited positions. The job involves one to one sales based interaction with business customers. Once the individual has demonstrated knowledge in aspects of the campaign they will take on a human resource recruiting and training role within the firm. In this role, the Corporate Trainer will be expected to evaluate candidates and fill numerous positions as a! central part in our expansion process.
