Description:
SAIC is searching for an Implementation Coordinator for the Implementation Coordination and Control Center (ICCC).! The ICCC will coordinate all implementation activities (i.e. installations, circuit actions, de-installations, etc), maintain a current status of those activities, identify and respond to issues and answer implementation questions. The ICCC must be manned Monday through Friday during the hours of 0600 â€" 1800 EST in order to effectively support global theaters of operations. Adjustments to support “after hours” circuit actions will be supported as necessary.

  • Coordinate all ASI and non-ASI implementation activities with Global NetOps Support Center (GNSC) personnel.
  • Coordinate all NS implementation activities with the node sites, installation vendors, and government installation teams.
  • Group activities to minimize site visits and achieve travel economies when possible.
  • Maintain current status of all NS implementation activities.
  • Support the coordination and scheduling of logistical needs with the DISA Logistics Supp! ort vendor.
  • Forecast a 90 day schedule of implementat! ion activities.
  • Coordinate support schedules.
  • When applicable, plan for and obtain approval for necessary travel in accordance with the overall GSM contract.
  • Coordinate with the site POC to ensure receipt, acceptance, temporary storage, and securing of shipped assets.
  • Coordinate with DISN support organizations (DISA, service contractors, Services and Agencies) at the direction of DISA.
  • Review, analyze, and become technically astute on the DISA implementation process and associated documents (TSIP, MBOM listing, IBOM listing, Telecommunications Service Request (TSR)), Telecommunications Service Order (TSO), Telecommunications Request (TR), for asset deployment and receipt in support of the DISN.
  • Validate all pertinent information on documentation. When feasible, identify and solve problems that might prevent missed logistics target dates.
  • Support the coordination of logistics data in preparation for adding new ha! rdware to maintenance.
  • Contact necessary parties (user, supporting installation infrastructure technical personnel, site support team, commercial transport vendors, network operations/management centers, DISN transport managers/engineers) to ensure service delivery needs are met on schedule.
Coordinate and lead in the resolution of all issues adversely affecting service delivery support.
  • Advise the Government when unavoidable delays are experienced that could potentially affect service delivery support.
  • Collect and maintain data, performance statistics, and an audit trail for use in maintaining general management visibility of performance, identifying trends, and recurring exceptions that will provide the basis for review and adaptation of existing processes and procedures.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and exchange information with a variety of internal and external Government organizations in the performance of this task. The ! contractor shall also communicate and cooperate with other contractors ! supporting the DISN. The Contractor shall only exchange information with Government organizations and contractors on a need-to-know basis. Where applicable, the Contractor shall sign and abide by the contractor Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent 4 years of directly related work experience) and an additional 4+ years related experience.

  • Requires experience with DISA implementations, processes, and tools. Familiarity with DISA directives, instructions, circulars and standards.
US Citizenship is required. Candidates must currently possess a Secret security clearance.
