Relocation Coordinator - Part Time

More details about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Relocation Coordinator provides assistance and support to new staff arriving in the United States. Incumbent works closely with the Travel Coordinator to confirm travel dates and times and temporary accommodation arrangements.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: (Essential Functions: Duties and responsibilities noted with bullets are considered to be the essential functions of the job).
Initiate contact with new employees prior to arrival in the United States to include; introductions and explana! tion of the relocation process, meet new arrivals at the airpo! rt, provide transportation to predetermined living quarters, and accompany the employee to headquarters.
Coordinate relocation and orientation activities, such as facilitating meetings with realtors, visiting area rental properties, assisting with processes at the Social Security Administration and Department of Motor Vehicles, helping establish bank accounts, a phone and providing a local orientation of area amenities (i.e. grocery store, banks, restaurants, laundry/cleaners etc.).
Maintain contact with new employees and MBN business offices to ensure a smooth transition.
Operating own vehicle; maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
OTHER DUTIES:
The incumbent may be asked to perform additional duties and take on other responsibilities as dictated by events and circumstances.
QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Exceptional int! erpersonal and communications skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Professional and positive attitude.
Familiarity with the DC Metro Area.
Basic word processing and e-mail skills.
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be able to work irregular hours including nights and weekends. MBN operations are 24/7.
