Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities:
- Achieve sale! s budget and diversification targets
- Recruit, develop! , and retain sales associates
- Maximize sales potential by coaching sales associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the
- Develop and review sales associate performance goals
- Create annual business plans
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to stimulate sales growth
- P & L management including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses to
- Manage operational execution (Policy and Procedure)
- Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are being followed
Qualifications:
- At least 8+ years of retail management experience
- Affinity for luxury goods; watches and jewelry experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Ability to manage a P&L
- Strong clientelling skills
- Strong floor management skills
- Resourceful; problem solver
