Customer Service Representative Job Purpose: Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving billing and technical issues.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
Provide white glove service to customers by answering product, billing and technical questions; suggesting information about other products and billing concerns.
Resolves billing and technical problems by clarifying the customer's issues; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution! to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; fo! llowing up to ensure resolution.
Provide technical support for customers as needed.
Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience. Must be able to commit to 20-25 hours a week with 4 of those hours on the weekend.
