Familiar with JLL indoor air quality program
Replace shivs & pulleys
Commission VAV box
Recover refrigerant
Calibrate VAV box
Replace refrigerant compressor and other related components
Use refrigerant gauges
Measure air flow / Use Balometer
Program/manipulate EMS
Read EMS monitor
Troubleshoot pneumatics/DDC
Troubleshoot HVAC
Troubleshoot refrigeration
Install h! eat pump
Operate chiller
Understands JLL Water Treatment Policy
Performs water treatment testing
Operate boilers
Clean cooling tower
Replace steam trap
Replace bearings/shafts
Measure static press VRE
Read pump curves
Read psychometric chart
Obtain required licenses
Fire hazard tour
Recognize caulking/flashing/mortar probs
Understand floor loading
Take out FA System
Manipulate FA system
Test FA devices
Read schematics
Read blueprints
Understands JLL Core Practices
Knows JLL engineering policies
Const mgmt. - contractor superv.
Participates in continued technical education
Understands backflow preventer operation
Install pumps
Pack seals
Complete all required Safety Training
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high! school education.
- Universal CFC certification
- Work t! owards obtaining an engineering license with-in the jurisdiction in which it is located.
- 5+ years of experience in facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision.
- 3+ years of maintenance management experience.
- Ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports.
- Trade School Certification or willingness to expand knowledge by attending outside courses.
